What is Tikka Masala Magic, the Spice Blend?
Tikka masala is a dish prepared in a rich-tasting red or orange-colored sauce that is usually creamy and lightly spiced.
Interestingly, origin of tikka masala comes from England, where this dish was prepared using usual spices from Indian cuisine a century ago. Now, of course, it is a world favorite. Some of the most popular tikka dishes are chicken tikka masala or any other meat or seafood tikka masala, paneer (small cottage cheese cubes) tikka masala, etc.
Tikka Masala Magic has been prepared by using only the highest quality spices in a licenced & certified facility.

"Reema\'s spices turned an ordinary brown rice and Swiss chard casserole into a delicate and deliciously flavored gourmet dinner in just one minute." - Janet P
"I discovered that using Reema\'s MagicMix spice blend was very easy -- all I did was use them as a coating on a chicken-breast and served them with rice and a vegetable -- a low fat recipe and very delicious. Thanks to your spices!" - Lisa J
"As has become our recent family tradition on Super Bowl Sunday, I usually prepare 6-8 different types of finger food or appetizers for the festivities. This year I made Masala Shrimp using your MagicMix and recipe. It came out great! The MagicMix gave the shrimp a delicious, exotic taste and aroma, without the heat. We all enjoyed it very much. The recipe was easy to follow and took no time to prepare. With kickoff approaching and the shrimp already marinating, all that was left to do was sauté and serve. I will certainly recommend your MagicMix to any home chef wannabes like me. " - Mike G
"I love Indian food. I never knew how to cook it quite right, though. I had tried to blend my own spice mix before, but it never sufficed for the authenticity of a wonderful Indian meal. I then tried the MagicMix by Reema Chandra on shrimp with yogurt, sour cream, and red onions. I poured it over basmati rice, and to my surprise it tasted like a flavorful, authentic, perfectly seasoned Indian dinner. Not only does it taste amazing, it is SUPER easy to use. All of my family members now rave about my cooking, and it\'s all thanks to Reema\'s MagicMix! Thanks Reema!! " - Christine K
"I used to grind my own spices for different Indian dishes, but don\'t have much time to do that now, so your spice mix was a very welcome present. I used the MagicMix in many dishes. I most recently sprinkled some on the outside of a toasted cheese sandwich before grilling. I have also used it to sauté vegetables before tossing into basmati rice for a quick vegetarian Biryani. Probably the most unusual use is to mix it in with oatmeal cooked with dried fruit. It really brings out the flavor of the fruit and makes for a great wake-up breakfast on cold winter mornings." - Mark A
"I love the MagicMix...it\'s the perfect blend of indian spices so all I have to do is buy one jar instead of purchasing multiple spices and combining them myself. I use it for chicken and salmon and Charlie and the kids love it! I also use it in any indian based recipe I find in magazine, etc. If the recipe asks for curry powder, I substitute it with the MagicMix and it works. Thank you Reema." - Ann C
